Delectable Black Olive & Mackerel Salad Recipe
Create this zesty little snack in a matter of minutes.
To prepare our Mackerel Salad Recipe firstly make the dressing. Simply whisk the olive oil, mustard powder, sugar, lime juice and zest together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Remove the mackerel fillets, add to a bowl with the olives and salad leaves.
- 2 cans John West Steamed Mackerel Fillets – With a little extra virgin olive oil
- 100g whole black olives
- 1 bag beautiful salad leaves (we loved the Red Chard)
- 5 tbs good olive oil
- ½ tsp mustard powder
- Juice and zest of 1 lime
- 2 tsp sugar
- Salt and pepper
