- handful Beansprouts
- handful Sugar snap peas, sliced diagonally
- 4cm piece cucumber, cut into long thin strips
- handful finely shredded gem lettuce
- few slices fresh red chilli (optional)
- 1 lime, cut into wedges

Soy and ginger-infused tuna with extra virgin olive oil. Delicious served with stir fried veggies for a nourishing yet convenient mid-week meal. The no-drain pot and easy-open lid also means less washing up.
Step 1
Mix together the beansprouts, sugar snaps, cucumber, lettuce and chilli slices.
Step 2
Carefully stir through the tuna and squeeze over the juice of one of the lime wedges
Step 3
Serve with the rest of the lime wedges on the side.
