This tuna recipe is definitely one of the simplest things you can do with our tuna fish, but fortunately it’s also one of the tastiest. In about two minutes you can create a dish of nicely spicy, gloriously savoury tuna pate with lots of delicious possibilities. Spread it on plain or hot buttered toast for a great snack or starter, or on crispbread or crackers if you’re weight watching. Add a little side salad of rocket leaves, tomatoes, radishes and red onions to make things more colourful. Alternatively, you can also serve it as a chunky, savoury dip, with breadsticks, or sliced cucumbers.
