Ingredients

  • 1 110g No Drain Fridge Pot Tuna Steak with a little spring water
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 spring onions – finely chopped
  • 1/2 red pepper – deseeded and finely chopped
  • 1tbsp fresh chives – finely chopped
  • 1 small baguette – cut in half
  • 1 tomato – sliced
  • 40g cheddar cheese – grated
  • A sprinkle of dried mixed herbs
  • Salt and pepper to season

Step 1

Start by preheating your grill to a medium heat. Put the tuna into a bowl, add the mayonnaise, spring onions, red pepper, chives and a good pinch of black pepper. Mix together and set aside.

Step 2

Lightly toast both sides of each half baguette under the grill. Pile the tuna mixture on top of each cut side and top with tomato slices. Put the tomato-topped baguette back under the grill for a few minutes more until the tomatoes are starting to look cooked.

Step 3

Now sprinkle some of the grated cheese over the top of each pizza and add a pinch of mixed herbs to the top of the cheese. Grill again until the cheese is melted and lightly browned on top. Serve immediately.
