- ½ x John West Fridge Pot Tuna in Brine
- ¼ red pepper, diced
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 slices sourdough bread or ciabatta
- ½ avocado, sliced
- 1 tsp mixed seeds
No Drain Fridge Pot Tuna Steak With A Little Brine
Tuna steak with a dash of brine. Perfect for a mess-free, post-gym tuna pasta topping that’s packed with easy natural protein in our no-drain, fridge-friendly pot.
Drizzle half the oil over the peppers and grill for 5-6 minutes then set aside.
Rub the rest of the oil over the bread and toast on both sides.
Thinly slice the avocado and arrange on the hot toast, then add the peppers. Top with the tuna and sprinkle over the seeds.
