Sesame Soy Avocado Snack

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of John West Creations Salmon with Wild Rice and Lentils
  • 2 handfuls of mixed leaves
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • Juice from ½ a lemon
  • 1 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
  • ½ tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Step 1

Divide the mixed leaves between two bowls.

Step 2

Halve the avocado and remove the pit.

Step 3

Slice the flesh in the skin into cubes, then scoop half of the flesh into each bowl.

Step 4

Drizzle over the lemon juice, soy sauce and sesame seeds.

Step 5

Serve with a pack of John West Creations Salmon with Wild Rice and Lentils.
