Fantastic tasting Anchovies from Peru.

Before you find them on your pizza, you could find them off the coast of Morocco.

These distinctive small fish are skinned, filleted, salted and stored in barrels and then left to mature for 3 months. That’s right, 3 months! It’s a highly skilled process right down to them being packed by hand but that’s what it takes to get that fantastic taste.
