Meet our shipshape crew
We want to spread our healthy, active lifestyle mission far and wide with the help of our Shipshape crew. Our crew is an inclusive, supportive and motivated group of people from elite athletes and recipe developers to credible influencers in the health and wellness space. We‘ve deliberately chosen a diverse bunch, because health isn’t a formula, and it shouldn’t be one size.
Using John West’s naturally protein-filled products, they’ll be whipping up easy, mid-week recipes, as well as suggesting simple ways to raise both your heart-rate and your step-count.

Previously a contestant on Master Chef, Scott certainly knows his way around the kitchen. He’ll be dishing up speedy weekday dinners using minimal ingredients; perfect for those with a busy lifestyle.

Anna
Always on the go, Anna juggles studying to be a lawyer and marathon training with positive determination. Anna fuels her long-distance training with brilliantly balanced pescetarian meals filled with loads of veggies. #MealInspiration!

GretA
Specialised as a fitness coach, Greta will help keep the Shipshape crew inspired and motivated while sharing the small steps you can take to get yourself Shipshape.

SaM
Sam loves to inspire people to live a well and balanced life. Strong minded and level headed, she’ll be tracking and sharing real accounts of her Shipshape journey while she takes on new challenges.

Em
Em isn’t shy of telling it how it is. Known for breaking down fitness industry jargon and spreading body positivity, Em is a fitness inspiration to all. Watch this space for no-nonsense nutritional guidance, and to find out what she really thinks about open water swimming…

Dani
Olympic gold medalist Dani isn’t new to confronting challenges and overcoming them. She’ll be swapping her bike for a wet suit to train for the Great Swim, as well as giving us some easy dietary tips for a healthier day-to-day.

Jemma
Running coach, PT in training and a mother! Jemma loves taking on new challenges so when we invited her to be a part of the Shipshape crew, she was ready! Jemma will be giving advice on how to balance keeping active with a family.

Jordan
Dad of four to two boys and twin girls, Jordan’s certainly got his hands full. But he’s dedicated to fitting his training around his family life; maybe he’ll inspire you too?
