Tuna Avocado and Nut Salad
- 1 80g pot of John West Infusions Tuna Soy Ginger
- 1 bag of mixed leaves
- 1/2 head of cos lettuce, rinsed and chopped
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 2 tbsp hazelnuts, toasted and roughly chopped
- 2 tsp black sesame seeds
Whisk together the dressing ingredients until combined, then season with pepper.
Toss the dressing with the leaves and divide among serving plates.
Arrange the avocado slices on top and add the hazelnuts and sesame seeds to serve.
