  • 1 80g pot of John West Infusions Tuna Soy Ginger
  • 1 bag of mixed leaves
  • 1/2 head of cos lettuce, rinsed and chopped
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 2 tbsp hazelnuts, toasted and roughly chopped
  • 2 tsp black sesame seeds

Step 1

Whisk together the dressing ingredients until combined, then season with pepper.

Step 2

Toss the dressing with the leaves and divide among serving plates.

Step 3

Arrange the avocado slices on top and add the hazelnuts and sesame seeds to serve.
