Try something a little different with our loaded tuna bao buns.

A fresh take on the classic sticky tofu or chicken bao buns, with our Stir & Serve tuna recipe. Load up your steamed bao buns with colourful veg and succulent tuna, all the flavour for none of the faff.

Stir it. Serve it. Sorted.

Step 1
Cut the cucumber into very thin strips then do the same with the carrot (or coarsely grate it). Set aside.
Step 2
Tear open the pouch of Stir & Serve and heat in the microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Alternatively empty the pouch into a pan and heat gently on the hob for about 3 or 4 minutes. Check that its piping hot.
Step 3
Meanwhile, heat the bao buns in a steamer or the microwave, according to the pack instructions.
Step 4
Carefully open the hot buns and add some carrot and cucumber strips, then spoon in some of the hot tuna in sauce. Sprinkle over a few sesame seeds before serving.
