Peppery Open Granary Tuna Sandwich

Five minutes flat is all it takes to prepare this truly mouthwatering tuna sandwich recipe, but it looks and tastes so good it could well be gone in seconds. How something that’s so simple and quick to make can be so outrageously delicious is beyond us, but the fact that it is, is all that matters. And because we’re suggesting that you make this tuna sandwich recipe with John West No Drain Tuna, you can do it all with less fuss and less mess, but still bags of tender tuna taste.

Ingredients

  • 1 110g John West No Drain Fridge Pot Tuna Steak with a little sunflower oil
  • 4 tbs reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mild mustard
  • 1 tbs each finely shopped red and yellow pepper
  • A few snipped chives for garnish
  • 2 thick slices of granary bread
  • 1 handful of salad leaves

Step 1

To prepare our Tuna Sandwich Recipe mix all of the ingredients together and season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
