Hearty Tuna & Sweetcorn Panini Recipe
An old favourite, perfect for a speedy and tasty snack.
This is definitely one of our simplest and most straightforward recipes, but that doesn’t stop it from being extremely tasty. Basically, it’s a glorified tuna sandwich, but the addition of a toasted Panini instead of ordinary bread does make a delicious difference. Now don’t get us wrong, a traditional John West Tuna sandwich on sliced white or brown bread is still a wonderful thing, but the extra crunch and bite a Panini provides is well worth a try. And because this is so quick to make, you can rustle one up in next to no time as a savoury snack or an extra special supper.
To prepare our Tuna Sweetcorn Panini Recipe in a bowl, mix together the tuna, sweetcorn and mayonnaise and season with pepper.
Toast the panini halves on both sides and fill with the tuna mayonnaise mixture.
