Sesame soy avocado snack
Divide the mixed leaves between two bowls.Halve the avocado and remove the pit.
Slice the flesh in the skin into cubes, then scoop half of the flesh into each bowl.
Drizzle over the lemon juice, soy sauce and sesame seeds.
Serve with a pack of John West Creations Salmon with Wild Rice and Lentils.

- 1 ripe avocado
- Juice from ½ a lemon
- 1 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
- ½ tbsp toasted sesame seeds
