Salmon has always played an important part in our history here at John West. We’ve been delighting you with it for over 100 years and it’s still as popular as ever with everyone, including the crew on my ship. Despite the lads being very familiar with it, they never tire of eating it. Though a lot of that is down to all the wonderful things I do with Salmon in the ships’s galley, even if I do say so myself!
