John West Reserve Wild Salmon
John West Reserve Wild Red and Pink Salmon has been caught in the cold clear waters of the northern Pacific Ocean off coastal Alaska and Canada. These waters are the source of the richest, most naturally tender and succulent Salmon in the world. The fish are caught as close to the rivermouths as possible in order to preserve and retain their firm flesh and high in Omega 3 fish oil content, which gives a fuller, richer taste.

John West Yellowfin Tuna has been caught in the open waters of the Indian Ocean. Yellowfin is one of the largest species of Tuna, famous for its exceptionally light and succulent meat. Only the finest and most tender Yellowfin has been selected by John West for its Reserve Fillets. The tender Tuna is cut by hand into fillets.
