Ingredients (Serves 2)
- 1 x can John West No Drain Less Mess Tuna
- 4 tablespoons reduced fat mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon of mild mustard
- 1 tablespoon each finely chopped red and yellow pepper
- A few snipped chives for garnish
- 2 thick slices Granary bread
- Handful of salad leaves
Method
- Mix all of the ingredients together and season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Arrange some salad leaves on each slice of bread and top with the tuna mixture to serve.
